Dear Prayer Partners,
Thanks for your prayers during my last visit. It was a tough visit and Satan is certainly at work. The Solomon Islands is facing many serious challenges. Please lift the work in prayer. Praise the Lord, for when we are following HIM and making a difference we will face problems and persecutions.
Pray for a youth team from Australia preparing to visit in June/July to hold a youth camp.
Then our Son, Geoffrey and family are excited about their coming to the Solomon Islands. Their arrival date has not been confirmed but maybe in August. Lift them in prayer, that their house will cell and their funds will be adequate as they will be here for 9-10 months as volunteers.
In a few hours we will board a plane to attend the Board of Trustees meeting for our SPNTC (South Pacific Nazarene Theological College). This meeting will be in Fiji, near Suva. Nada, where we fly into, was recently hit by Cyclone Gene. They was a lot of flooding and power outages. This meeting begins Tuesday and is a 3-day meeting. Due to the flight schedule from SI it requires us to be there for a week, to arrive back on Saturday.
Then shortly after our return on February 20 we begin another Bible College class. We will have 2 classes over a 3-week period. Nancy will teach Christian Education and George will teach Bible Survey.
Thanks for your prayers.
George Miller
